How long can the battery last?
For beginners, the battery can last from 45 minutes to more than an hour. For advanced riders, the battery can last for about 20 to 30 minutes at full power.
Is the jetboard safe for children and older riders?
Yes, riders from 8 to 70 years old have ridden the jetboard. The magnetic power leash immediately cuts power to the jetboard when the rider falls off the board.
How much does the board and battery weight?
The jetboard and battery each weigh about 20 kg.
How do you control the speed?
The wireless remote controller has a trigger to control the throttle at 10 speed levels. The rider can select a speed level appropriate for his or her skill level using the plus and minus on the controller.
What maintenance is required?
The only maintenance required after riding is to rinse the battery controller and jetboard thoroughly with fresh water, then dry and store in a dry place.
How fast can the jetboard go?
The maximum speed of the jetboard is more than 55 km/h.
How long does it take to charge a battery?
It will typically take about 2 hours to charge a battery to full capacity.
Can the battery be inserted into the board when the board is in the water?
No, the battery should only be inserted into the board when the board is not in the water and the connectors are dry.
How long is the warranty for the jetboard and the battery?
The warranty is for 12 months from delivery or 200 battery cycles, whichever is earlier.
Can I launch the jetboard from the beach?
Yes, you can launch the jetboard from the beach.
How do you turn the board?
Maneuvering a jetboard is similar to skateboarding and snowboarding; using the heel and toe to turn.
Is the battery safe?
Yes, the battery is fully waterproof and has two levels of safety. The battery must be in the board and a kill switch placed on the front of the battery in order for the battery to be live. In other words, it is not possible for the battery to be live when it is not on the board.
